Suzuyo (Thailand) Ltd. has been providing logistics services mainly to Japanese companies since its establishment in 1992. Established in 2005, Suzuyo Distribution Center (Thailand) Ltd. operates warehouse services at 15 locations in the country, including its own facilities in Bangplee and in Wellgrow, to support the growth of customers' businesses through logistics.

We own warehouses for dangerous goods that observe laws and regulations ensuring that we are able to provide safe, secure and high-quality services. We will submit applications to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on your behalf regarding the import of food, cosmetics and other goods that require licenses from the FDA.
We persistently work to ensure the safety and quality of our warehouses. We create work procedures and manuals and provide high quality training to our staff as a part of our successful standardization of operations. We have a network of warehouse facilities that are mainly in industrial estates in the country to store the goods of customers from different business sectors. We can provide different types of warehouses matched to the characteristics of the goods, including dangerous goods warehouses that comply with laws and regulations, free zone warehouses and fixed temperature storage. We combine warehouses near factories, vendor managed inventory (VMI) and other solutions with ocean cargo handling and transportation services to help you optimize your logistics.

We began transportation operations using our own vehicles in 2008. We propose the means of transportation that best suits your unique needs from an extensive range of options from small cargo transportation to large cargo transportation. Our vehicles are all managed using GPS system data on position, speed and other information to ensure that your valuable items are delivered safely. For cross-border transportation in Malaysia, Vietnam and Myanmar, we work with subsidiaries in these countries to ensure that we always provide high-quality services.

Our AEO licensed customs brokers reliably implement customs clearance procedures. We also provide services for the acquisition of FDA licenses in Thailand on your behalf. This minimizes the burdens involved in the cumbersome import procedures. Background to using our services
When importing cosmetics, it is necessary to submit an application to the FDA. The customer was lacking the expertise needed to achieve this, and was searching for an operator that could take on the application procedures on the customer's behalf. The customer also wanted to ensure the goods could be imported without any problems.
Our Proposal
We proposed a solution leveraging both our FDA application service and our import goods handling services. Our staff can perform the FDA application procedures for the customer and our customs broker can implement the customs clearance declarations to shorten the time it takes to complete the import procedures for the customer's goods.

Background to using our services
Thailand is toughening its regulations on the storage of dangerous goods. The customer was concerned about future revisions of laws even though currently its storage is legal. The customer acquired licenses according to the increases in the goods it stored. However, the workload for acquiring these licenses was not heavy enough to dedicate a staff member to the job and the customer considered outsourcing the work.
Our Proposal
Our staff qualified in the management of dangerous goods were able to provide storage areas that comply with the latest laws and regulations to free the customer from their worries. In addition, we implement the license acquisition process for the customer. This reduces the costs incurred by the customer below what would be necessary when directly employing in-house dedicated staff.
