Our activities in Indonesia began with the establishment of a representative office in 2003. It was reorganized into a subsidiary in 2011. Active for more than 20 years in the country, we provide logistics services mainly to Japanese business customers. We help customers with the growth of their businesses by providing a range of logistics services including imports and exports, warehousing and transportation.

Our strategic partnership with UPS links their network of 400 bases in 120 countries with our overseas locations to support your imports and exports to and from many different countries around the world. In addition, we have independently developed the Logistics Tracking System (LTS), an import and export progress management system. It enables customers to independently check the status of goods with any specific bill of lading (B/L) in the export or import process in real-time.

Background to using our services
Delays in the delivery of automotive products to the end have consumers occurred from time to time due to traffic congestion. The customer was unhappy with its conventional contractor, in terms of their poor inventory precision and failure to implement first-in first-out practices.
Our Proposal
We provided goods from our warehouse close to the customer. This resolved the delay issue and also helped respond to requests for emergency shipping. With a high-precision storage service, inventory information can be checked in real time.

Background to using our services
The customer faced many difficulties when addressing the rising cost of ocean freight and in securing shipping space due to the congestion of container shipping and wished to improve the situation.
Our Proposal
We offered a packing engineering service to revise their transportation packing model. That increased the efficiency of container loading and helped eliminate some of the containers that had been necessary. It became easier to find shipping space and logistics costs were reduced.
